In this section, we are answering all kinds of questions about our customer's problems:

Can I sharpen the blade?

The collectibles with steel blade material can be sharpened. However, wooden and plastic replicas cannot be sharpened. We already sell replica collectibles with a rough, sharp edge. Contact us if you require any customization in this regard.

Are your replica Combat Ready?

No! Our replica models can't be used for real battles.

Does Swords Kingdom sell my personal information?

No. We don't take part in such activities. We respect the privacy of our clients.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide with fast and tracked services.

Do you backorder items that are not available at the time of shipping?

Yes. If this happens, we update customer via email, with customer understanding we arrange item and fulfil backorder, or customer can request cancellation for a full refund.

Will I be charged for items not shipped?

If you placed an order, then payment is made in advance. If in-case ordered item is not in stock, we will update customer and process refund.

Can I request a catalogue?

Yes, If a customer requires a catalogue, we'll send it. Call us or send us an email for this purpose. You must mention your full name and mailing address for getting the catalogue.

What are my payment options?

We offer secure payment processing options that accept nearly all the Major Debit and Credit Cards. PayPal option is available on request.

When I place an order on the internet, how will I know if the item is out of stock?

If any item is not in stock at the time of your order placement, we'll send an email to your provided email address. We send an order confirmation email to every customer. We also send a second email when the order has been shipped.

When will my order dispatch?

Dispatch will take 24/48 hours and Courier will take from 4 – 5 working days.

What if we receive damaged or broken item in delivery?

Please contact us immediately and take detail damage pictures and email us, in the meantime please call local DHL/FedEx courier office and lodge complaint, obtain complaint reference number and email us, we will get FOC approval and send brand new sword for free.

When does my credit card get charged?

The credit card or debit card will be charged immediately after you've placed your order. However, if an issue occurs like your bank not allowing online transactions or you having insufficient balance in your account, your card will not be charged.

Charges for International orders?

At SwordsKingdom, we offer free shipping for United Kingdom and Western European customers. However, there are nominal shipping charges for Eastern European customers.

Do we need to pay any VAT/TAX?

No additional TAX/VAT is added in these prices. However, any other Import Duty, VAT, Inland Tax (if applicable) is not included in the prices and buyer/customer will be payable (if applicable).

From where do you ship the orders?

Once we received the order, we hold the right to ship orders from different countries depend on stock availability. We ship orders from within the UK – USA – China – Pakistan.

Can we track our order?

Yes, you can, we will email you tracking detail once the order is dispatched and handed over to courier company.

Do you have a no hassle return policy?

Yes! You can request for a return if the item is damaged or broken or have serious manufacturing issues.

If you want to exchange or return any item, email us your order number and reason

After approval customers can send item for return through any affordable tracked shipping service.

However, the item must be in its original condition and un-used and in original packaging. SwordsKingdom will refund the purchase price after checking the return. Return shipping will be paid by buyers.

We cannot accept return or refund after 14 days from the delivery.
